Jonathan Sarfati was interviewed about his book The Greatest Hoax on Earth, a refutation of Richard Dawkin's Greatest Show on Earth. The best discussion comes on the second video in my opinion. They're worth the 22 minutes or so of your time.

Good stuff. I think the common misconception is that Christians are either opposed to science or that they should be opposed to science. Christians and heathen alike should be opposed to bad science. Time and time again evolutionists are exposed sculpting the data to fit their model and no one within their camp screams foul. It's not science they wish to protect but evolution.
