Now see that is just another example of the shoddiness of the special effects at that time. Having worked for a short time in a television studio I know how effects are made on the cheap. They obviously spent all the big money on the "space suit" which could have been easily made using plastic dryer hoses. That would have allowed them to get better lighting and quality frame works. Just think what we could had with the special effect team from star wars.
I knew the moon landing was false after I watched "Capricorn One."
